Pillow case with the Little Owl in a nice celadon green background. Printed on GOTS standard Organic cotton, with a black linnen back. The back has a luxury fastening with two buttons.
To keep the shipping low this pillow case comes without an insert.
Care instructions: handwash, iron hot.
I always write a little story that I send along with the pillows. It tells you where I met the bird, and how he lives.
Ship and Delivery When?
I ship at least twice a week. I cannot guarantee any date of delivery for normal orders. Mostly they should arrive within 1-2 week, because it is the shipment I choose, but the postal services or the customers can create delay sometimes. If you really need to have an item within a certain period, I can ship the item with express, but it’s gonna cost ya a little more. Do not hesitate to contact me for more information.
Ship Where and How?
I can ship anywhere in the world if you have a registered address. I use normal Dutch postal system unless otherwise requested. Items that fit, will be sent in an envelope. Larger items are shipped in a box so I can keep track of the whereabouts. Items over 100 dollars are sent with insurance. Art-work and prints will be carefully shipped to prevent any damage.
Payment and Refund Policy
How to pay:
Paypal or bank transfer, but contact me if you would like it otherwise.
Especially for Dutch customers regular bank transfer is recommended.
You don’t need a Paypal account to pay with Paypal, only a credticard. See also Etsy's help.
Taxes; another interesting subject. In some countries you have to pay extra taxes. I am not aware of the rate of each country and they shall be the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns policy:
All products have been made with love and attention.
If nonetheless you aren't pleased with the product, you have to contact me as soon as possible and the product can be returned. If the color of the item isn’t right or you just don’t want it anymore I do not accept a return.
Delivery costs will not be refunded. Make sure you pack the item carefully, so it arrives in one piece.
