Art Photography prints are singed on the back and shipped within 5 - 7 business days of receiving payment. Please note that I ship from Poland.
Prints are sealed inside a cello package to protect against moisture damage and shipped in a rigid cardboard mailer. Large prints are shipped in a rigid tube. I will send you a confirmation email after your order has been shipped.

I want you to be completely happy with your order from us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I will exchange your item(s) or refund your money (minus shipping costs) up to 14 days after you have received your order. You will be responsible for returning items in their original condition as well as return shipping costs.
LOST & DAMAGED ITEMS
I follow Polish Post guidelines and will consider a package lost if it hasn't arrived 6 weeks after the shipping date. During the holidays, packages can take longer and I ask that you wait 7 weeks. I ship replacements only after the full six weeks. If your order arrived damaged, please contact me via convo or email.
