Payment and Refund Policy
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. Please contact me before leaving feedback, and I will do my best to resolve any concerns.
Please check the items when your order arrives. If there are any discrepancies, please notify me within 5 days so that I can take corrective action.
If the problem is because I messed up (yikes) – incorrect description, wrong item shipped or major flaw, then you can return it for a full refund.
However, please contact me before sending anything back.
If there is no problem with the item received, (you just don't want it it), shipping, handling, and insurance fees are NOT refundable and you are responsible for return shipping cost. As mentioned previously, you must contact me within 5 days of receiving your order.
Important note: All returned products must be in their original condition. I will issue a credit to your PayPal account after I receive the returned products. You will receive a refund for the item less the shipping costs paid.
CANCELLATIONS:
If you must cancel your order, please notify us in Etsy immediately. If it hasn't shipped out we are happy to cancel and refund you.
