Jewelry arrives in a box tucked into a padded envelope to ensure your item arrives unharmed. If you wish to purchase insurance, or upgrade your shipping, please let me know so that I may send you a modified invoice prior to shipping.
I provide tracking information on all orders, as of October 22, 2012. I will do my best to ensure that your jewelry arrives as soon as possible, but if customs or immigration in your country seizes the item, I will be unable to ensure that your item arrives quickly. I DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR LOST INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
